Description:

사람 폐의 폐포 제2형 세포(Alveolar Type II Cells, AT2 cells)에 특이적으로 반응하는 마우스 IgM 단일클론 항체(Mouse IgM monoclonal antibody)입니다. 사람 폐의 다른 세포 유형과는 교차 반응(cross-reactivity)을 나타내지 않아 높은 특이성을 제공되며, 제품은 농축된 하이브리도마 상등액(concentrated hybridoma supernatant) 1 mL 형태로 공급됩니다. 면역조직화학염색(IHC, Immunohistochemistry)에 사용할 경우 1:150으로 희석하면, 두 번의 동결-해동(freeze-thaw) 과정을 거친 후에도 강하고 선명한 염색 신호(robust signal)를 얻을 수 있습니다.
